Payment & Pricing
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Prices are quoted in USD; your bank determines any applicable exchange rate. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Dispatch & Production
Stocked pieces are dispatched in 2–3 days. Made-to-order and custom pieces typically require 6–9 weeks of production. Lead times begin when payment is received and are estimates; back orders or delays can occur. Check the product page or contact us to confirm timing for your order.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free U.S. shipping. Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days for domestic orders and 5–14 days for international orders. Production time for made-to-order pieces is separate from transit time.
International shipping charges depend on the destination and the product’s size and weight. Customs duties are the recipient’s responsibility. Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address. Moroccan Lights is not responsible for lost or missing orders caused by an incorrect address.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, an incorrect shipping address, damage in transit, or customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Moroccan Lights does not offer refunds. Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days of delivery for company credit or exchange only. Items must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging. No restocking fee applies.
Sale, clearance, discontinued, and custom products are final sale and cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Company credits are valid for two years from the date of issue. Email us before returning an item.
Order Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations. We offer exchanges only.
Damage Claims
Report damage in writing within five business days of receiving your order. Keep all packaging if an item is damaged during shipping; failure to do so may invalidate a claim. Email your order number and photographs of the item and packaging to moroccanlightsNYC@gmail.com.
Custom & Rush Orders
Contact Moroccan Lights to place a custom order. Typical production takes 6–9 weeks. Confirm specifications and timing before ordering.
Rush orders require prior approval and a 20% fee, as not every item can be rushed. Approved rush orders typically reduce the lead time by half. Full payment is required before production begins, and rush orders cannot be canceled.
Handcrafted Variations & Photography
Each piece is handmade. Natural variations are part of the crafting process and make each item distinctive. We aim to photograph finishes and colors accurately, but slight differences may occur between the photographs and the actual product. We are not responsible for color differences caused by individual monitor settings.
